2. Digital Products — No Physical Returns

Our products are digital downloads (ebooks and guides). Nothing is shipped, so there is no packaging to return, no return shipping, and no restocking. This Policy covers refunds only.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the order date. We grant refunds at our reasonable discretion — for example where a file is corrupted, the wrong item was delivered, or the content was materially not as described.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right to cancel digital content may end once a download has begun with your consent. This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. There are no return-shipping charges, because the products are digital.
